std.io.error
IoErrorKind enum
pub enum IoErrorKind
What went wrong, as a matchable name. Other carries everything the platform reports that
has no name here — a locked file, a full disk — and the detail string still says it.
Only kinds every platform can CLASSIFY reliably get a name; the carrier-plus-kind shape is
what lets this list grow later without breaking anyone's match.

ConnectionRefused
The peer answered "no" — nothing listens there (4.0, with std.io.net).

IoError class
pub class IoError :: [Throwable]
The reason an I/O operation failed: which kind, on which path, and what the platform said.
§9.0's answer to "why not?" — the silent forms (text, writeText, …) answer only whether.
